Location is unbeatible: two large french balconies facing the popular CHUECA square, one of the trendiest area in the city, with its gourmet restaurants (like the newly opened Mercado de San Anton), designer cafes and cool stores. Totally central, just 5 min. walk to Sol and Gran Vía. Metro station is right at the entrance, but you barely need it, because you can walk everywhere.

Inside, the ceilings are 3,3 m high and the colour of the walls and wooden floor is white, which gives a great sensation of airiness and brightness. Spaces are configured in a convenient open plan, with 2 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms ensuite. A large leather sofa can be used for an extra person.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES

The master bedroom, separated by two original wooden columns, consists of a double bed, an vintage sytle mirror and a modern fitted wardrobe. A glass wall decorated with a large photograph of Myanmar gives privacy to the bathroom and is also the headboard. Bathroom ensuite, with stainless walls decoration and a squared sink.

Two french balconies, 3 m high, overlook the Plaza, and they are equipped with the best double glazing isolation, and the original wooden shutters. Outside, a 5 m long iron rail baranda.

On the corridor, a Bertoia wire chair leads to a big complete kitchen, equipped with fridge freezer, 3 ring induction cooktop, central table with 4 chairs, microwave, dishwasher, and washer. The rounded mirror and glass lamps of the 70's were acquired from a design store.

A second large double bedroom with its own bathroom ensuite, has its own window to the patio, a double bed (1.5m x 2.00m), a spacious 2,4 m high wardrobe, and desk. Walls decorated with black and white fine art photographs from India.

These features and its location, place this elegant apartment among the most convenient. Price reduction on longer stays.
